Mosy & Co. Yellow sherbert tassel mohair Pixie Hood

The VMV Studio presents a seasonal range of reimagined mohair scarves and accessories, restored or repurposed from original 1940s-70s pieces, in "Mosy & Co. Cosy Mohair". This sherbert lemon yellow 1960s scarf has been fashioned into our 'Pixie Hood' to keep the winter chills at bay, inspired by a vintage 1940s example from our own collection. This piece draws on the art of Kintsugi "golden joinery/golden repair" to make a design feature of damage; we created decorational tassels in contrast sugar pink to mend and secure nibbled areas of the pile. Featuring ‘cuffed’ crown and decorative turquoise cross to finish, we've added a handmade tassel to the back point in the same shade as it's smaller sisters.
These can be tied in the neck, pinned with a kilt pin or brooch, or tucked into your coat!
