1940s Pink printed cotton skirt with pockets - Small
Tax included.
A sugary sweet late 1940s skirt in pink cotton with frames of red and blue florals. Gathered for fulness, with side metal zip and front patch pockets.
We restored this piece from a bit of a mess, I suspect it started life as a dress, so we professionally neatened things up now she’s in great structural condition- you would never know!
Waist 26”
27” long not including waistband
Small discolouration at hem and by zip as pictured, the odd line of ghost stitch dots from previous alterations which aren’t noticeable when worn. Even gradual slight cloudy fade to the vibrancy of pink in places, most notable difference from pocket positioning which I pictured with the ghost stitch dots, but not biggie when worn!
