A super rare piece for the Levi’s collector, from the early 1970s ‘Miss Levis’ collection made for the European market, in sugar pink and white gingham check cotton/poly mix. My mum recalls wanting the Miss Levi’s pieces but not being able to afford anything! Printed with adorable not-quite-strawberry-shortcake childlike figures (and their cats!), it fastens with jeans buttons and features two front pockets, one bearing the black tag iconic Big E tag. Unfitted, with body gathered to white ribbed hem, and raglan sleeve with ribbed cuff. I’m including a shot of the 2019 Miss Levi’s exhibition at the Levi Strauss museum, where you can see a jacket in the same design but different print, and it’s matching flares.

Chest of garment 40”

Around hem 30-34”

21” mid shoulder to hem

18” underarm to wrist

Excellent condition, freshly soaked and laundered. There remains a little mark to inner back neck which isn’t seen when worn, and the v small scrubs at back, one of which has just gone through the fabric a little.
