A wonderful 1970s blouse in slinky black nylon, lightweight and very slightly sheer. The waist is fitted with rows of shirring elastic, and front buttons to the neck which is finished with pointed collar. The sleeves are the real star of the show, with pleating to the shoulders causing them to puff, and shirred mid section creating a ballooned lower arm. The mannequin doesn’t pad this out very well as her arms are so thin! Only a care label in the neck remains
