An eye-catching 1970s party dress from British label Carnegie, in a sheer synthetic matte jersey, lined in the body, with a swag/shawl/cascade detail falling from each shoulder, and finished with silky black fringing. Fitted in the bodice, with darting detailing to the waist, and nicely flared skirt for dancing. Swags can be left down, or tied to the back, or even brought round into waist level to tie as a belt.
