A wardrobe staple in more unusual colour, classic loose fit 1950s swing jacket in lovely shade of powder blue flecked with white. With pointed cuff sleeve and side pockets, the collar features interesting ‘buttoned’ detail with pointed strap. A lightweight wool, not heavy enough for winter, lined in matching blue. It is a ‘clutch’ edge to edge coat, with no fastenings- there is however a strap with buttonhole to the inside of the front, but I can’t work out where it would be convenient to attach to! If you wanted to stitch a button somewhere to correspond with this it would be very easy.

15” between shoulder seams
Chest of garment 50”
Mid shoulder to hem 30”
Sleeve length 23.5” from shoulder

Presents very well, the outer edge of one sleeve has discoloured to more of a creamy tinted blue, which I tried to picture (you can see in the full garment shots but it almost reads as shadow. I feel the rarity of colour makes up for this!). The odd small patch of shallow surface nibbling, not holes!, pictured. Faint discolouration to a small section of white slub at one cuff, pictured
