1940s St Michael botany wool shaped front cardigan - Medium
An adorable cosy late 1940s St Michael cardigan in shell pink soft wool, in a kind of lattice openwork knit, with lovely shaped front and roll neck collar. 3 buttons to fasten, it was likely originally intended as a bed jacket but passes for daywear in today's fashions
Chest of garment 40" including a little of the arm curve, label indicates 'medium' fit
17" mid shoulder to hem
Presents well overall, there are a few well-done darns which aren't seen at all when worn (see if you can spot it in the last pic) and one at the front ribbing which is more noticeable but still not bad.
