A stunning luxurious early 1950s lounge robe/dressing gown in soft liquid silk satin, woven with green duck and blue peacock design against a muted cranberry red*. Unfitted but with inner tie and tie belt to draw the waist in as desired, and hand bound frog fastening. Pockets, deep sleeve hems, and collar are finished with rows of machine embroidery, and the shoulders are lightly padded for structure. Handles so beautifully, real luxury
