A sumptuous late 1930s evening dress in the SOFTEST silk velvet, in regal shade of rich magenta. With loose fit bodice detailed with large ‘collar’ detail, and cuffed short sleeve, the skirt is full and drapes beautifully. Metal zip to fasten at side, unlined
