1930s Collared sheer day dress - Extra small
An adorable light 1930s summer dress in sheer gauzy cotton like a voile, textured with crosshatched check in the weave, in gorgeous palest apple green. With shallow v neckline finished with rounded collar, fastening to the back with a hook/eye, which is the only fastening on the piece- bear this in mind with measurements as no other openings! Sweet short sleeve is gathered at the shoulder, and skirt is bias cut for a lovely drape. Belt loops in the waist, unlined so will need a slip or your best undies!
13.5” between shoulder seams
Chest of garment 35”, not meant to be too tight here
Waist 31
Hip 38” relaxed, pulling out to 42 but meant to be loose!
Mid shoulder to waist is just under 15”
Skirt length 25-26.5*
Excellent condition, *skirt has gradually dropped on the bias so is slightly longer at sides however not noticeable when on due to hips drawing this out more. Very faintest discolouration to inside collar but nothing seen when worn, and the odd tiny area of separation to the weave of the fabric if I'm being picky
