An IN-CRED-I-BLE late 1920s loungewear set/two piece beach pyjamas, comprised of palazzo leg pants in super glossy high quality black satin, and top in soft yellow silk, printed with repeated motif in cranberry red/black/teal blue. Trousers are waisted, fastening either side with buttons beside pockets, and original satin belt with silvertone buckle. Unlined

Truly fabulous condition, with no wear notable unless under scrutiny; inside of back neck shows mild colourchange not seen to outer. A short worn area near crotch seam of pants has been secured by dainty handstitches to an interior patch and would not be seen when worn anyway. A few buttons are replacements but very well matched! I suspect the top may be printed by hand and there is the odd tiny discrepancy, negligible
