Gorgeous and dramatic ‘Elizabeth Hayes’ label early 1960s robe/peignoir in rich peacock/teal blue sheer nylon, printed with posies of florals and falling leaves in shades of green. Lined in aqua green nylon, it features ruffled front and back yoke and single ribbon tie to neck. Sleeves are puffed and gathered for fulness, with frilled hems and ribbon bows to finish.

Presents excellently, there’s a small hole at front frill as pictured however it’s backed with another layer of fabric so not very noticeable, and not seen when fastened. Sleeve hems have originally been shirred with thin elastic which has all but lost it’s stretch, however perfectly wearable as is without looking amiss, just reads as lightly gathered.
