1940s Stripe cotton full skirt - Extra small

A sweet late 1940s summer skirt in bright red cotton, wrap style, with length of waistband passing through a slit to tie to the side. Hand embroidered with cream florals, and finished with rows of satinized white thin cord.
Waist 26-28”, would allow up to about 32

Excellent structural condition, thin outline of marks towards hem at front as pictured, fine faint line at waistband which isn’t noticeable on
