Gorgeous late 1950s early 60s party dress in swishy rustly nylon taffeta feel, printed with painterly roses in bright yellow against forest green and browns. With fitted boned bodice and tie back halterneck, the bust features large gathered detail giving almost ‘shelf’ finish. Skirt is full and gathered, with back metal zip fastening. Unlined

Excellent condition, pin hole in one neck tie, and we professionally replaced the original broken zip with another from early 60s. There remains a line of tiny ghost stitch dots from the previous zip. A handful of tiny holes to skirt as pictured, which are totally lost in the print!
