1930s Knitted bolero / bedjacket - Extra small

A very sweet 1930s handknit, likely intended as a bed jacket but absolutely wearable as open fronted cardigan/bolero by today's standards. In cream coloured soft wool, it features ruffled edging which forms hem and fold back collar. Half sleeves are finished with a deep back of patterned knit, widening towards zig zag hems.
