1960s Crocheted raffia shift dress - Small

A stunning original 1960s dress, hand crocheted in rich salmon pink Raffia, incredibly unusual. With buckled belt cleverly threaded through crochet belt loops at hip level, it fastens with crochet buttons and is lined for modesty.

Presents excellently, with no breaks in the work. There is colourfade to inside back neck which isn’t seen when worn, and more minor to underarm which the camera couldn’t pick up well and isn’t noticeable on! A couple of small discolourations to front as pictured, which the texture goes some way to mask.
