1960s 70s Annikki Karvinen cotton summer dress - Extra X Small

A fantastic rare piece from respected Finnish designer Annikki Karvinen, circa very late 1960s or early 1970s, with the early cotton label handstitched in back neck. In gorgeous quality purple-pink cotton, printed with typically of-the-time ‘bouncing balls’ in white, with A line cut, and puffed sleeves gathered to elasticated hem. Fastening with covered buttons (too small for my mani, they do all fasten!) the piece is unlined and perfect for your summer wardrobe. Side seams have about an inch to spare each if needed;
