1940s Sheer sleeve evening dress - Small

Just divine 1940s evening dress in gorgeous black textured crepe, with jacquard pattern of zig zags in deeper black, regal purle-blue, and gold threads. Bias cut for the perfect cling and drape, the long sleeves are sheer, and gathered to a flat cuff to ‘billow’ for some drama. A statuesque high neckline with popstud fastening to back, and hip-skimming skirt. Metal Lightning brand zip to fasten at side, the pice is lined in the body, with little shoulder pads.

Waist max 30”, a fine fit on approx 26 for comfort but does have give

Excellent condition. * Skirt has dropped a little on the bias but not enough for it to look odd!
