1940s Floral crepe day dress - Medium Large

A sweet 1940s day dress in lemon yellow crepe, printed with pretty floral clusters in purple, baby pink, and green. With short cuffed sleeve cut in one with the body, and covered button fastenings to chest, the skirt is gored in panels for hip skimming fulness. Side zip to fasten, cotton label has unfortunately totally washed out

Presents very well, one buttonhole has some handstitching, short line of neat stitching to the side of each pocket which is totally lost when worn. Nothing noticeable at all
