1920s Silk devoré fringed jacket - Small Medium Large
A divine 1920s light jacket or coverup, in the most beautifull soft midnight blue and dove grey silk devoré. Open fronted with no fastenings, it is a loose fit with little stitched pleats to front shoulder. ‘Collar’ is finished with long silk fringing, as is the scalloped hem.
16” between shoulder seams
Chest approx 42” edge to edge
Hip 42
Mid shoulder to hem 33.5” approx including fringe
20.5” sleeve length from shoulder
Presents very well with nothing glaringly obvious when worn. A little discrepancy in colour to the raised velvet flowers at sleeve hem and shoulder compared to the rest of the piece, and odd small mark. Given the slight sheen of the piece this isn’t super noticeable however. Two very small holes towards hem which are not seen on, and two small reverse patches towards bottom back as pictured, which are lost entirely.
