A classic 1940s day dress in deep navy blue rayon with almost seersucker texture, flecked with white for subtle check. With attractive wider neckline and curved pockets trimmed with white cotton plisse, and short sleeve finished with pointed fold back cuffs. Side metal zip to fasten, unlined

Excellent structural condition, one or two little handstitches under one arm which isn’t noticeable at all. There has been some colour discrepancy caused by light exposure at the shoulders and one side of the skirt, the overall colour anyway is more of that indigo-purple hue this dye tends to change to over time so this isn’t crazy noticeable- the photos make it seem worse than it actually looks.
