1940s Cotton shirred cross back swimsuit - Small Medium

A fabulous 1940s ’telescopic’ swimsuit in soft mango coloured soft cotton, entirely shirred to body and bust, with halter neck straps crossing to back and tying through side loops. We restored this by removing all perished elastic, soaking (the colour started as a dark mustard!), and re-shirring, so it’s very stretchy and ready to go! Chest 32-8”, fits a bigger bust best as full in the shirring of the cup, prob over C cup!

20 centrefront to crotch
