A late 1970s lightweight cotton denim jacket from collectible 'Marshal Lester' label; a UK designer/manufacturer of Americana inspired fashion through the 1970s and '80s. A few classic ML pieces reside in the permanent collection of the world famous V&A museum here in London! Reflecting a westernwear/rodeo influence, the jacket is unfitted and features shiny silver metal round domed stud design to front, and back yoke. Popstud fastening, and popper straps to wrists. The colour is a kind of slightly green-tinted 'washed out' black, slightly darker than photos.
