1950s Rhinestone collar dress - Medium

A gorgeous statuesque late 1950s cocktail dress from Henry Lee (where are my Nick Cave fans?), in black lightly crepey rayon with side metal zip. With 3/4 length dolman sleeve, and straight skirt detailed with pleating to either hip, the neck is finished with triple layer collar in satin and rhinestones.
Chest of garment 40” which includes some underarm curve/gusset of the cut, estimate best fit around 36”?
