A sweet 1930s skirt and scarf set, in golden flax shade of lightweight silk, hand painted with ribbons of forest green and delicate red flowers. The skirt is gathered, with side popstud fastening, and playful fringed hem. The scarf is a large square, with matching painting and fringing- wear around the shoulders, wrap as a turban, or maybe fashion it into a sun top?

In good structural condition, I spotted a small hole to side of the skirt but no other damage as such. A number of watermark and faint blemishes to both pieces as pictured but nothing too glaring when worn. The paintwork has a little fading/transfer in places as pictured but this doesn’t affect desirability in my opinion!
