A gorgeous 1930s blouse in palest ice blue tissue-light silk, with dainty mother of pearl button fastening. The small collar has been meticulously hand bound with embroidery stitches to the scalloped edge, as have the dainty buttonholes, in silk thread. Collar and chest feature intensive embroidery of stylised florals, with hand rendered tiny latticework

Presents well, has been freshly laundered, as pictured there is a discolouration around waist level which would be covered if worn tucked into a garment, and one behind button placket which isn't seen when fastened. Sleeve has a more faded hue which is gradual and there is some gentle tonal discrepancy there. Still a wonderful piece with these blemishes
