1960s Red paisley jersey peplum jacket skirt suit - Small

An eyecatching day suit in postbox-red jersey (feels like a soft wool or viyella but I suspect there might be a small percentage of synthetic in there also), with busy pattern of paisleys in dark grey and browns. The jacket features 3/4 length sleeves cut in one with the body, wide lapel collar, and covered button fastening. A small peplum is kept structured by vinyl-backed belt, which is nicely shaped to be wider at the back. The skirt is straight, with back vent and side metal zip, and is unlined but faced with soft mulsin-like cotton.
