An eyecatching 1960s 'Styled by D Benson' negligee robe, in almost plisse effect off-white nylon in a floaty layer over an inner lining. Printed with sketchy florals in blue and hot pink, the neck is bound in purple satin and finished with double bow. Unfitted, with button fastening and wide puffed sleeve.

Presents well, there are a couple of areas of pale pink colour transfer which, due to the mottled style of print, aren't that noticeable. A few buttons have a little pearly coating loss, not noticeable when worn as largely hidden by front frill! A repair has been made with reverse patch as pictured but this gets lost when worn. Has been carefully handwashed
