1950s Sheer cream & gold lame organza party dress - Medium

A glorious 1950s party dress in off-white organza, irregularly striped with gold lame, and sheer so will require an undergarment (or your best undies!). With cap sleeve and gathered full skirt, it fastens with wonderful early plastic zip with those chunky teeth akin to Schiaparelli's famous collaboration with Lightning Zippers in the '30s. Comes with removable matching corsage rose, but belt not included.
Chest of garment 38", however meant to be worn around a 36 with some wiggle room

Excellent condition, the rose is stitched to a safety pin which has left a small hole in the chest of the garment, covered if you keep the rose pinned as seen! The odd very short length of pulled lame.
