1950s Lilac soutache embroidery full skirt dress - Extra small

A charming 1950s 'Davisella' dress in what feels like a heavy rayon/cotton mix, with slubbed surface texture, in pretty shade of lilac purple. The bodice is detailed with soutache embroidery and silver lurex highlights, with decorational covered button front and large bow to the underbust. From there the waist is fitted and gored in panels to flare into nicely full skirt, which is backed with pelon interfacing for a little structure. Side metal zip, with half belt to back fastening with popstuds.

Waist 24", perhaps to just under 25" tight

Approx 13.5" mid shoulder to narrowest part of body

42" mid shoulder to hem

Excellent condition, there is some very faint linear outlining to the back skirt as though slightly watermarked but this isn't noticeable on! *Colour is most like the close up images*
