A gorgeous 1930s-40s Hungarian blouse in dark cream silk, hand embroidered in shades of blue to the sleeve, chest, and collar. Blouson fit, gathered to a smocked waist with no fastenings, so bear this in mind with fit- you will need to be a few inches below waist measurement. Neck fastens with a single button, and smocking finishes the shoulders.

Presents well, a line of ghost stitching from reversing bad alterations at each sleeve seam, and short length of raw edge at bottom neckline as seems to be common with these pieces. All embroidery intact, some linear wear to fabric as shown mainly at back neck but nothing impacting immediate wear- small area of scrubs to one side, and a hole below back armhole to one side.
